Kittleman is a national full-service executive search firm dedicated exclusively to serving nonprofit organizations. When the firm is retained to conduct a search, all aspects of the process are managed with the utmost regard for both the hiring organization and the candidates. Our candidates can expect that:

• Confidentiality and discretion will be exercised at all times.
• The search consultant will inform the candidate of all known aspects of the job and the organization prior to a first interview with the hiring organization.
• Resumes will not be sent to a hiring organization without the candidate's prior approval.
• The search consultant will not contact references without the candidate's knowledge nor do anything that might otherwise jeopardize the candidate's present employment relationship.
• A candidate can expect to receive accurate information from the search consultant about the position, organization history and current or past financial condition.
• A candidate will be kept informed of the status of his or her candidacy on a timely and candid basis and will be promptly notified of the hiring organization's decision.
