Envision, Inc. located in Wichita, Kansas, is pleased to announce that they have selected Mr. Frank Clepper as their President & CEO.

Mr. Clepper is currently the chief operating officer at Delta Dental of Kansas/Surency Life & Health Insurance. Previously he was the Senior Vice President and Director of Account and General Services at UBS Financial Services.

Mr. Clepper was the Chief Executive Officer of the New York Area Commands at Fort Hamilton and Camp David in Maryland where he oversaw over one-quarter million active, retired and reserve members of the US Armed Forces. He has also served in volunteer leadership positions for Communities In Schools, Angel Flight Central, United Services Organization, Association of the US Army, and the Association of Graduates at the US Military Academy.

He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and a Bachelors of Science from the United States Military Academy.

Jeanne Pogge brings more than 30 years of experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors including the past 18 years at ShoreBank in Chicago, one of the country’s leading and highly innovative community banks. She served the institution during its growth years to over $2 billion, had P&L responsibility for many lines of business, and created and successfully launched several new businesses including the bank’s New Market Tax Credit allocation exclusively set aside for conservation deals. Prior to ShoreBank, Jean was President of the Woodstock Institute, whose research and policy development mission focused, as it does today, in the areas of fair lending, wealth creation and financial systems reform for communities of color and low economic means.
