workshop on nonprofit leadership transition based on our
many years of CEO recruiting experience.
Seven Steps to Leadership Transition
Planning™ is a first-of-its-kind,
one-day working session designed exclusively for the CEOs. This unique workshop is based on a
new paradigm that integrates CEO leadership change, executive
transition and management succession into one planning
system. During the workshop you will be introduced to the
conceptual framework for leadership transition planning,
you will define the practical implications
of leadership change for your organization, develop specific
responses to the Four Basic Transition Scenarios, examine broad policies
and procedures for implementation and walk away with a
planning tool that you can use on an annual basis thereafter.
You will also have an opportunity to hear from other CEOs
as they share their ideas and challenges
as well as solutions.
You may have already attended conference sessions, panel
discussions or special presentations on succession planning.
However, this is an advanced, workshop-style learning lab
