Bill Rodman brings 17 years of nonprofit leadership experience
in Human Services and Government. He joined Kittleman & Associates
in 2007.
Prior to joining Kittleman, he served as Executive Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer at Children’s Home & Aid
Society of Illinois, a statewide Social Service agency. Children’s
Home + Aid has 32 offices, 80 programs, 700 employees and a
$40 million operating budget. During his tenure, he helped
lead a successful effort to eliminate a $5 million annual operating
deficit. This was accomplished in under two years working closely
with Board Committees as well as the Board of Trustees
Prior to Children’s Home & Aid, he was the Executive
Vice President at Jane Addams Hull House Association in Chicago,
a $32 million operation with over 800 employees. Mr. Rodman
also served as Deputy Director of the Illinois Department of
Commerce and Community Affairs where he was responsible for
the Small Business Development Bureau. Prior to that he was
the Chief of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs at the
Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
Mr. Rodman graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor
of Arts in Economics and Political Science. He earned a Juris
Doctor degree from Northwestern University Law School and a
Masters of Science degree in Human Services Administration
from Spertus College. Mr. Rodman served as a member and President
of the Glenview Elementary District 34 and the Glenbrook High
School #225 Boards of Education as well as President of the
Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club. |
